Jazbazz's Terms & Conditions — Know this before using the platform

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the Jazbazz platform — Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer, eSports betting, and all other entertainment services. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and in the event of any dispute, the Bengali-language version shall be considered the definitive text.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, Jazbazz's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy Equally important and an integral part of this agreement.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on Jazbazz:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. A valid government-issued ID may be required to verify your age at the time of registration.
• One Account Policy: Each person may open only one account. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Jazbazz may require identity verification prior to processing a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested.

All financial transactions on Jazbazz must comply with the following rules:

• Transactions from your own account: All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawals. Your withdrawal may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
• Anti-Money Laundering Policy: Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. Jazbazz fully complies with AML policy.
• No Betting Without a Deposit: Bets may only be placed using funds deposited in your account. Betting on credit is not permitted.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at Jazbazz:

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier (typically 15x to 35x). Withdrawing before meeting these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Validity period: Every bonus has a set expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are valid on specific games only. The eligible games for each bonus are listed on the offer's detail page.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jazbazz, and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Fraudulent activity, collusion betting, or match fixing
• Use of software bots, automation tools, or hacking methods
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual (multi-accounting)
• Bonus abuse — exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor
• Unauthorized use of Jazbazz's intellectual property
• Harassment or abusive conduct toward other users or staff

All games and betting on Jazbazz are subject to the following rules:

• Final Decision: In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, Jazbazz's server logs shall serve as the final and binding evidence.
• Technical issues: If a game is cancelled due to a server outage or network issue, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jazbazz reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Live Betting: Live bets once confirmed are generally non-cancellable, unless a technical error can be demonstrated.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Jazbazz may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any section of these Terms is violated
• If identity verification fails or fraudulent information is detected
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected
• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority

You may also close your account at any time by contacting Jazbazz support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, unless an active investigation is underway.

Jazbazz strives to maintain the highest standards on its platform. However, Jazbazz will not be held liable for the following:

• Losses due to internet disconnection or device malfunction
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• Account credential theft resulting from the user's own negligence
• Force majeure — natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances
